A Real Estate App
Harmoni2 is a 2 modules app built for Harmoni2 a famous real estate company in Malaysia. There are 2 apps one is for real estate agents/brokers to book apartment viewing and confirm closures. The other app is for admins to view agent activities and reports. The company is able to handle their new property sale using both apps.
Harmoni2 seeks to develop a comprehensive solution comprising two interconnected apps to enhance their operational efficiency and streamline their agents’ workflow. The primary app, designed for agents, will feature interactive building layouts that allow agents to easily view and select units or apartments. By clicking on any unit within the floor plan, agents will be able to book site visits directly, facilitating a seamless scheduling process. The app’s design will prioritize user-friendliness to ensure that agents can navigate and use it with minimal training.
Innoventix Solutions team came up will a plan to layout the entire floor plan per each block of their property using complex coding and UI. We decided to build 2 separate apps because Admin was only going to be used by single person and the agents were multiple. Also admin app was more focused on user management and reporting and the features were totally different from agents. The flutter mobile app development for real estate project worked really well at the end and client was really happy with their fully customized property management app.
The most difficult aspect of this project was to create a flutter UI building layout. It took quite a few trial and errors to achieve this feature per block per project.
