Power Apps
Innoventix CRM application is a tool built in power apps for the internal project management of the company. This tool enables the employees to keep a track of all the ongoing projects with their due dates, project details and all the necessary information. It also enables us to add/create/assign tasks to the team and keep a track of it. This application makes it easier to manage all the projects efficiently and in time.
With the increasing numbers of projects coming in it had become difficult to track and store the details of these projects at a single place. It was also getting difficult to assign tasks and keep a record of which employee was working on which project. Therefore, we needed a system or platform to manage and easily access these details and perform daily tasks.
After thorough research we came up with the idea of developing this tool with the help of PowerApps. We built a dash-board from where we can add/access project and client details. Within the individual project dash-board we added the option of creating, viewing and assigning tasks as and when required. All these details can be viewed by every employee there by making the process smooth and hassle free.
One major challenge in this project was syncing of data between multiple platforms and coordinating with development teams all in remote locations. Another piece was third party OCR data integration into SharePoint. The end result came out to be a great project we are proud of.
